Artist Talk by Calligrapher Jerise Fogel, whose work is currently on display at BEKI. She designed the calligraphy on the new BEKI santuary bimah. Fogel is also a paper-cut artist and a faculty member at Montclair State University. She has studied calligraphy since high school and believes in illuminating meaningful language with artistic design.
