“Teshuvah – How much do we do? How much does God do?” is the topic for BEKI's Shabbat Schmooze on Saturday, August 26 at 12:45 pm. Join Rabbi Eric Woodward for a discussion of “Acquittal and Purification,” an essay by one of the major Jewish theologians of the 20th century, Rabbi Joseph Soloveitchik, about the structure of repentance on Yom Kippur. The program follows Shabbat morning services and kiddush lunch.
