Judith and Hanukkah
Max DuBoff, a PhD candidate in Classics and Philosophy at Yale University, will lead this Shabbat Schmooze (after Kiddush lunch). We’ll study excerpts from the Book of Judith, plus Judith’s reception by medieval commentators and Jewish feminists.
