Join us for a Shabbat Schmooze with Chris George, who will discuss “The Future of Refugee Resettlement in the U.S. and how CT helped shape it.”
For the past 18 years, Chris George, now retired, has been the Executive Director of IRIS, Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services, the New Haven-based refugee resettlement agency that welcomed 1,000 refugees to Connecticut last year. IRIS is our partner in JCARR, the Jewish Community Alliance for Refugee Resettlement.
