In celebration of Juneteenth, please join the CMI Congregation, Confronting Racism Planning Group and welcome community guests for the annual CMI Peace and Justice Shabbat Service. This year, we are honored to host Ms. Stephanie Thomas, Connecticut Secretary of State, as our speaker. Ms. Thomas will reflect on the meaning of Juneteenth and discuss voting rights in the current political climate.
The Service will take place on Friday, June 20, 2025. Refreshments at our Oneg Shabbat will begin at 5:00 PM while the Service will begin promptly at 5:45.
