The Walk is named in honor of its founder Beverly Levy, a local woman who was fighting her own battle against ovarian cancer when she launched this walk through Yale’s campus in 2013. Sadly, we lost Beverly in 2014. The Walk continues in memory of Beverly’s vision, determination and remarkable energy.
