 Rhythm Meditation\, will offer a Heart of the New Year Meditation. At the 
 New Year\, as we pause to reflect on past deeds and contemplate how we can
  do better in the coming year\, meditation can help us grow the skills w
 e need in order to be more of the person we want to become. Join us in the
  BEKI library after services and Shabbat lunch\; no special clothing or eq
 uipment is required\; everyone can sit in chairs.
