  memorial celebration at BEKI. Her children invite the community to attend
 . \n\nAfter a lifetime of teaching and mentoring early childhood educator
 s at SCSU\, Shula retired and began a new career as a poet. She published 
 two books of poetry and was working on a third at the time of her death. 
 \n\nLunch will follow the memorial. If you plan to stay for the luncheon\,
