The Yale New Haven Hospital (YNHH) CareCard Program, the YNHH Auxiliary and the
Connecticut Older Adult Collaboration for Health (COACH) are pleased to offer this series that will provide education, practical tips and information on available help to support you while caring for someone you love in a way that will benefit you both. Attend one or all. Join us in the Cronin Auditorium or by live streaming to your computer or tablet. Registration required.
