Mondays 10-11am and Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm

No gimmicks, no extreme dieting. Just straight talk on how to reach and maintain your weight loss. Weekly lectures on Mondays and Tuesdays. Weighs-ins and group support. Lead by Pam Hutchinson, MS Exercise Science and ACE certified Health Coach.

Drop in $10 or 4 meetings for $30.
