Carmit is an analytics and AI expert within the Customer Experience space, with over 20 years of professional experience. She is the Director of AI data strategy at NICE Ltd, a global software company that provides cloud software solutions leveraging AI and analytics to help organizations improve customer experiences, ensure compliance, and combat fraud. Carmit's previous professional experiences include leadership roles at Blue Shield of California, Verint Systems, Spectrum / Time Warner cable and a number of consulting firms.

Carmit is also an educator, teaching mathematics and business courses as an adjunct professor.
