The fast day of Tisha BeAv will be observed Wednesday Night 29 July and Thursday 30 July. The Minha afternoon service on Wednesday afternoon will be at the usual hour, 5:45 pm, on-line only. The fast begins at 8:11 pm. The Tisha BeAv evening service on-line (and possibly at BEKI), which will include singing of qinot (dirges) and modern songs fitting the theme and mood, will be from 8:15 to 9:30 pm.

The Shaharit (morning) service on Thursday is from 8:15 to 9:30 am (on Zoom). Both the Wednesday night and Thursday morning services include the reading of the Biblical Book of Eikha (Lamentations).
