Mandel Center for Leadership Excellence's annual professional development seminar, I-LEAD, saw a 17% growth in attendance in 2015. Held earlier this week, the conference helped entry- to mid-level Federation professionals from 49 communities hone their Campaign, planning, leadership, coaching and other essential job-related skills.
