In the Forum article “A lesson on Justice and its indivisibility” (Jan. 21, 2019) the author starts his column by invoking First Amendment issues concerning the cancellation of an award to Ms. Angela Davis. I share his concern about the possibility of First Amendment violations. However, the author quickly “hijacks” the issue and turns into another screed directed at the state of Israel.
