May is Mental Health Month – Let Jewish Family Services Help

Do you feel sad or depressed, overwhelmed or anxious? Many times, just having an impartial person to listen to your feelings can make a world of difference. According to the National Alliance on Mental Health, approximately one in five adults in the U.S. experiences mental health issues in a given year.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month – a time to shed light on the importance of emotional, psychological, and social well-being – and Jewish Family Service of Greater New Haven is ready to help. JFS offers professional counseling services for individuals from all religions and backgrounds and at every life stage–from young children to seniors.
