You won’t believe what’s happening at the JCC Day Camps! Don’t miss our Open House on April 8.
Drive up to the 54-acre JCC campus and the offerings are nearly endless for four to fifteen-year-old campers.
In addition to arts and crafts, drama, music, cooking, and nature programs, the JCC’s new STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) Center will produce a range of activities that educate and entertain.
At the new MakerSpace, campers will explore different materials and projects like woodworking, sewing, clay sculpting, and jewelry making -- all while learning how to use professional tools and expanding their imaginations.
The revamped JCC will also offer exceptional new spaces for indoor activities, including a remodeled dance studio and a state-of-the-art multi-purpose floor in the gymnasium that can be used for floor hockey, lacrosse, and soccer.
But perhaps the most anticipated feature is a new rock climbing wall, built to accommodate campers of all ages and levels.
With certified instructors and the best and latest equipment, kids will not only have fun, but will also learn about balance, teamwork, gravity, perseverance (and safety, of course).
JCC Day Camps will still have “old favorites” that keep campers coming back year after year, like the GaGa and human foosball courts, archery range, and outdoor pool, where campers learn to swim.
Kids will continue to enjoy outdoor sports like volleyball, soccer, and baseball, and can try a range of exciting water games like kiddie-pool kickball, pool-noodle golf, and waterballoon dodgeball.
Transportation is included at JCC Day Camps, and before/after-camp options are available all season (June 25-August 24). The weather may still be cold and wintry, but excitement is already in the air for what promises to be the best summer yet at JCC Day Camps. Come experience it for yourself!
