Mayor Justin Elicker celebrated with community leaders, volunteers, Board of Directors and residents at The Towers at Tower Lane on September 30, the launch of their program, Fueling Seniors: Meal Sustainability Through Co-generation which will reduce energy costs, carbon footprint and make meals more affordable for those on fixed incomes.
